Frequently Asked Questions

How long does fluid infusion at the clinic take? The duration of fluid infusion depends on the type of fluid and the rate prescribed by the doctor, typically taking 1–3 hours. Patients can rest comfortably in the center’s procedure room during the infusion.

Do I need to book an appointment in advance for a dressing change? Patients with a dressing change appointment should arrive on time. For those without an appointment, you can register directly at the reception counter — the nurse will arrange it by priority.

Can I request blood collection for testing without seeing a doctor? A doctor’s order — either from Ky Hoa or another medical facility — is required before specimen collection. If there is no prior order, the patient will be guided to see an appropriate specialist first.
