Issued together with Decision No. 471/QĐ-SYT dated 4 March 2026 by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, approving the list of professional medical procedures performed under Circular No. 23/2024/TT-BYT. This serves as the legal basis for performing procedures, patient referral, and settlement of examination and treatment costs at the Center.
